This website does not ask for personal information and does not use cookies. It does log activity to show how visitors find our pages and which pages they view, but the log does not identify individuals. Our web traffic reports are summaries for a span of time and show no individual data.

We (Gala Resources LLC) may collect personal information about loan applicants and clients from the following sources:

• Questionnaires and other information provided by applicants and clients in writing, in person, by telephone, electronically or by any other means. This information may include name, address, employment information, and financial and investment qualifications, as applicable;

• Information about applicants and clients from financial institutions and service providers with whom an applicant may have authorized to provide such information to us;

• Transactions in a client's account, including account balances, investments, contributions and withdrawals; and

• Verification services and consumer reporting agencies, including an applicant's or client's creditworthiness or credit history, as applicable.

We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about applicants or clients to affiliates or nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by law. For example, we may share nonpublic personal information about clients, without the client's consent, with affiliated and nonaffiliated parties in the following situations, among others:

In connection with the administration and operations of Gala Resources LLC and other of our products and services, with our brokers, attorneys, accountants, auditors, administrators or other service providers;

• To respond to a subpoena or court order, judicial process or regulatory inquiry;
• In connection with a proposed or actual sale, merger, or transfer of all or a portion of its business;
• To protect or defend against fraud, unauthorized transactions (such as money laundering), lawsuits, claims or other liabilities;
• To respond to requests for information regarding compliance with anti-money laundering laws;
• On consent of a client to release such information, including authorization to disclose such information to persons acting in a fiduciary or representative capacity on behalf of the client; and
• To assist us in offering affiliated products and services to clients.

As indicated above, the foregoing may include responses to inquiries for purposes of compliance with anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist due diligence, disclosure or reporting requirements.

We also may share nonpublic personal information about clients at client direction or with client consent.
